Do you ship to my country?
We work with a fulfillment company operating facilities all over the world, with international shipping to most countries. If you find an item that is not available in your country, you can email support at email@example.com to request it. We do not accept returns on any products on the basis of buyer's remorse. In the event of damaged/defective goods or receipt of incorrect item, please consult the next section ("Defective/Incorrect items"). If you believe you received a product that is damaged or otherwise defective, please take photos of the issue immediately and forward them to support at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “Damaged Item”, and include your name, order number, and any other relevant information in the message.
If you've received the wrong item in your order (incorrect size, color, or item all together), please take photos of the item details (tag, size, etc) and forward them to support at email@example.com with the subject line "Wrong item", and include your name, order number, and any other relevant information in the message.
