Change an Order

If you accidentally made a mistake when checking out, email support at vaporheel@gmail.com as soon as possible with your corrected information/order to resolve the issue. Mistaken orders that are not reported in a timely fashion cannot be refunded.


Return Policy

I do not accept returns on any products, except in the case of damaged or defective goods (in which case, you should consult the next section). Please review all order options (Size, Color, Delivery address & Contact information) before confirming your purchase.


Damaged Items

If you believe you received a product that is damaged or otherwise defective, please take photos of the issue immediately and forward them to support at vaporheel@gmail.com with the subject line “Damaged Item”.
